Our reputation is built around providing custom installations. Many of our clients live in upscale areas, where homes are maintained in pristine condition. Our Process

Our approach is hands-on, so we start with a site visit to the home or business. We talk to the customer and determine the concerns and needs. In addition, we advise the customer of any concerns we may have relating to the safety and security of the property or building in question.

We then explain to the customer what the options are and help guide them to solutions that are compatible with any budgetary restrictions. We have found that technology has advanced so quickly that part of our job is to educate the consumer on what is available and the capabilities of systems in use today. We will help you navigate the complexities to find a solution that suits your needs.

Once the customer understands their options, the decisions are strictly up to them. We respect any decision the customer makes, including a decision not to buy. Our role during the sales process is advisory, and we do our best to add value in every encounter with a customer.

Once decisions are made, we develop an installation and implementation plan based on the customer's timetable. We use all of our resources to ensure that work is handled as smoothly and expeditiously as possible.
